Use the email address connected to your BunnyBuddyHQ account. If your password is not working, return to sign in, choose Forgot password?, and request a new reset link.
Resetting your password
- Return to the BunnyBuddyHQ sign-in page.
- Choose Forgot password? and enter your account email.
- Open the newest reset email and follow its link.
- Set your new password, then sign in again.
If the email does not arrive, check Spam or Junk and confirm the address was entered exactly. For your security, never send anyone your password or reset link.
Still can't get in?
Contact BunnyBuddyHQ Support using the email address connected to your BunnyBuddyHQ account where possible. Tell us whether you are trying to access Paid Pet Owner, Pet Owner Demo, Paid Breeder or Breeder Demo. Please do not create another account to work around the problem unless Support asks you to.
